Yes!!!! The whole album is BOMB. Nina, Afeni, & Reyna’s interlude are my favorites. Shame on the Grammys for not nominating this Queen!

Black men and women need each other. We both experience struggles and blessings. Our unity is our greatest strength

This right here! Thats why I hate when sistas dont care.And I hate when brothas reject us.Please dont come at me with that "focus on the ones that want you"No! Because its too few of them and too many of the ones that dont.Thats why we have a problem between us and them.

Kim Wright why should black women care when these niiinjas don’t care themselves? Burn the cape, it’s too late!!
@Kim-4274 жыл бұрын
@@user-nq6um4bs5y For me Im a loving women and I love my people including black men.Its unfortunate that some brothas are lost but its not gonna stop me from caring.I just wish we had unity like other groups.I know they dont agree with each other 100% but they dont seem to let petty things divide them like we do.They care more about the end goal and thats how I wish we were.

This song is my personal anthem. I want it played at my funeral! I'm 65 yrs old and I always wondered what it would feel like to matter in someone's life! I wake up like most people saying, thank you, Father, for allowing me to see another day! Then, in the same breath, I'm asking WHY?

Love the song, great lyrics and vibes. But I personally am over the whole begging black men to finally start caring about black women. The truth is as a whole they don’t, and they’ve been moved on while black women are still stuck on trying to convince and persuade them to love us. In 2020 this isn’t even a topic of discussion for me now. I’m dating and giving my time where I’m celebrated not tolerated. No other race of women have to beg their men to want them and neither will I.
