I have run into issues using setInterval to control the amount of elapsed time, I'm going to look for a different solution; this was well done though.

It works fine when browser tab is focused. But when open new tab means timer tab is not focused it stops running. Why it is ? And how can we fix it ?

because setinterval stops at background i.e. when browser tab isn't focused

@@monikamane4581 I had one easy hack. But it depends upon your code. In my case, I had to run the timer even when user close the app . So, I stored the time when user created and compare it with time now in useeffect. My code is different with this video and I am sorry if you didn't understand anything :(

@@saralkarki2065 i got it. How it is in ur code. In my code when user start counting it will start and it stop when user stops it till then it should count time even if tab is focused or not. Did u got it ?
