This is the worst Bayern Munich teams in decades and this is the strongest Arsenal has been in years and yet despite that Bayern Munich still knocked them out of the champions league. I'm not surprised that Arsenal got eliminated to be honest and even though people saw them as favorites in this tie, remember that this is their first of many champions league seasons in over 7 years and a quarterfinal appearance looks good on paper, even if people will mock them for getting eliminated to a weak Bayern team. No matter how poor they've been this season, from a footballing and historical perspective, Bayern Munich is big in football and they boast excellent players even if things haven't gone to plan for them this season. Arsenal are just a funny club because in a season these guys seem to play so well for the most parts of it, but when something is on the line, these guys find ways to bottle it. In a span of 8 days, they went from the potential of winning 2 trophies to finishing the season off trophyless again and many people expect them to win nothing. In the champions league, they were already at a disadvantage in the 2nd leg for drawing the home game in the 1st leg and managed to get eliminated narrowly and in the premier league, they lost to Aston Villa at home and many people think that they're bottling it in another close title race. Everyone will make memes about Arsenal, but I gotta give Bayern Munich their props for getting a good result at the Emirates and winning at home today, because we all know that it's not been a great season for them as they've been losing games that they wouldn't have lost before and just lost the Bundesliga for the first time in 12 years and none of that mattered in the champions league because they're in the semifinals up against a mighty Real Madrid team.

There are limits to the game. Teams like bayern, madrid succeed because of the quality and humbleness they've. Their consistency is a reason for that. But these PL teams think that they can defeat everyone just because they're winning in PL. It is very immature of majority of english clubs who think they can defeat others. They weren't flat. Bayern dictated the game. Its called game management. Teams like Bayern, Madrid etc operate above a certain level. Sure setbacks are there, but they learn from it get above it.

EPL fans need to start watching other leagues to get some serious perspective. Because the EPL is exciting, full of quality, and fun to watch. But far too many people only exclusively watch the EPL and do not realize how full of quality the other top leagues really are from top to bottom and how overrated the EPL actually is compared to other top leagues from the very top to the very bottom of those leagues. And anyone who doesn’t actually watch league games outside the EPL really shouldn’t even bother commenting on this post because you can’t comment on what you don’t actually know. Having said that, I’d highly encourage EPL fans to start broadening their horizons. Because once you do, you’ll quickly start realizing what I’m saying.
