Sir mera 2 storey house hai lekin maximum clear span between two coloumns is 17 feet...However the coloumn size is 250×300mm using 6 no of T16 bar Fe 550D....Also the beam size is 250×350 mm using 5 no of T16...Foundation depth is 5 ft and footing is 4ft×4ft using T12 ....Is it fine????

Sir, in my ground floor area of 1900 sqft, I have left open 420 sqft area. This area has 6 columns of size 9"x9" with height of almost 12'. Will it be safe to construct rooms of 1 st floor and 2nd floor on the concrete slab built on this area? There are 16 columns in all out of which 9 columns are made of 20 mm tata tiscon rods x 8 rods. All columns are 9x 9" size on footings of average 6'x6' and depth of 6.4". I want to construct a g plus 2 residence. Please help me know the safety points.
