Sir , I have saledeed of 1998 and obtained LRS Proceedings in 2009. And also assed by GHMC and issued VLTAN. And also paying Vacant land tax from 2010. But sub- registrar says ' No transfer/registration takes place' due to it is government land. GHMC also revoked my building permission due to government land. Please give suggestion sir. How to proceed.

What types of layouts were done before HMDA and do we need to regularise even those plots even if they are not illegal layouts? I don’t think government will provide any HMDA benefits to those layouts. What if government brings in new layout rules in future and says we need to regularise all HMDA layouts again, this is just cheating the plot owners.

Hi sir, If it is government land, you won’t get LRS final copy. First Check weather it is in prohibited list or not in the sub registration office

సర్... మీ videos ద్వారా land కొనాలనుకొన్న మేము ఎంతో తెలుసుకోగలుగుతున్నాము! Convertion కి అనుమతినిచ్చే rights GP అధికారులే కలిగి ఉంటారని మీలాంటి అనుభవజ్నులు చెప్తున్నారు. అసలు ఒక వ్యవసాయ భూమి convertion జరిగేదే commercial purpose కి కదా! (అది residential లేదా మరొకటి కావచ్చు )...!! అప్పుడు convertion చేయడానికి అనుమతిచ్చిన అదే GP govt కి "Open place".... "30 feet roads".... "Water & electrical ".... ఇలాంటి amenities కోసం... ఆ వెంచర్ వేసిన land owner ఖాళీ వదిలారా లేదా అన్నది చూడవలసిన responsibility ఉండాలి కదా...!! మరి అలాంటి amenities కి land వదులుతున్నారా లేదా అని కనీసం బాధ్యతాయుతంగా చూడకుండా ఆ GP పరిధి లోనున్న Land owner కి convertion చేసే అనుమతిని GO govt. అధికారులు ఎందుకు ఇస్తున్నారు!!?? ఒకవేళ GP layout కదా అని open places లాంటి amenities అవసరం లేదనుకొన్నా....ఆ అనుమతినిచ్చే ముందే.. LRS వంటి అతి ముఖ్యమైన regularise రుసుములని land owner నుంచి వసూలు చేయకుండా Layout వేసే దానికి GP అధికారులు ఎందుకు అనుమతిని ఇస్తున్నారు!!?? ఒక చిన్న గ్రామ పంచాయతీ పరిధిలోని భూముల వ్యవహారాల గురించి పూర్తిగా పట్టించుకోకుండా ఉండేలా GP అధికారుల భాధ్యతలు ఎందుకంత తక్కువగా ఉన్నాయి??
