My Seiko 5 Actus (same like yours) is 40 years old and i serviced it for the 1st time 1 year ago. The man who serviced it did a great job. It looks like new again. Accuracy around +10 seconds/day and it is a beauty to watch its sweeping second hand moving. what a great video

Cara kerja nya ok.pada waktu buka baland wheel.di buka belakangan..buka dulu trans wheel kendorkan chlik .kali buka Balan wheel dulu resiko palet ada.mentel karna dorongan menspring.karna saya dulu nya ngerjakan seperti itu.cuci nya pakai mesin cuci komponen lebih mengkilap.sekali lagi kerjanya cukup rapi.

VERY EXPENSIVE, or HIGH TECH watch. It’s DEFINITELY 👍 worth a restoration job. Seiko is above 👆 many 👨 other watches, despite the 5 7009, or whatever model number it is. If it’s spring wound, don’t get it near a magnet 🧲, unless you’ve got a demagnetizer. Very nice 👍 watch. Your friend, Jeff

Thats mean "Isopropyl alcohol clean" cause i have 2 jar with IPA inside, i used Benzine first for remove the dirt and old oil, after that i use IPA for the last.
