How even are cooking temps ?
@GardenStateBBQ Жыл бұрын
Decent you just have to be careful close to the firebox with that deflector plate, it radiates a lot of heat so ambient temps may be even but that plate puts off some heat.

I priced mine with the stainless table and the insulated firebox and basket 5200 but well worth it. The Amish builds a hellava smoker.

Meadow Creek uses brand new steel that is not a propane tank and on break in or seasoning 200 degree fire 6 to 10 hours will set your paint. Saves on tuchup

This thing is a BEAST! Finally getting settled down here in western PA. May need to save some cash and get one of these. Did lot of great cooks on my char grille smokin champ. for 200$ think I got enough use out of it and got my beginner stage of smoking out of the way. Did everything from 2 briskets to a 20 lb turkey to 15 rib racks. Would love something that holds heat better and quarter inch steal would do great job of that. Thanks for the video!
