It's funny because it looks like a London bus xDDDD

It basically is. Specced just like the TfL allocated London General buses but they're used for commercial operations only. And when Es, WVLs, PVLs etc. go from a TfL to Commercial fleet, they normally tend to stay as they are except the blinds get changed for LED destis (and I think Oyster readers go too. iBus certainly does)

Transport In West London I did the 575 recently and noticed WVL272 had no iBus and no oyster readers. They issue paper tickets (cash only), have LED blinds but still no WiFi or USBs of course
