Full run down Sledge || Ballyhoura BLACK Mountain Biking trail

I had the exact same thing a few months ago. thought i had the danglers to send these trails and every time id get there I would bottle it. I finally hit Hammer a month or so ago and even though I wasn't up to cleaning it I got over the fear of the initial send. new bike under me now so i plan on conquering the rest of the trails up there :)

Nice!! Yeah I don't really like it when the hardest part of the trail is the entry. Much nicer to have some trail done to lead you into a harder section. I can understand why it's there tho. Have you done the next few?

@breaktheresistance not the newest ones yet, done most of the old ones and I've done the 3 blacks closer to the car park, they're much more technical but if you've got the bottle they're fun

Cheers 😊 Actually don't know any trails in Kerry. I've been away from Ireland for last 10 years so only getting to explore myself now. I have seen some really cool lookin trails on tralee_bay_mtb Instagram account tho. Need to find out where they are. They look like a good day out!

Seems very Red and rollable compared to Dublin and Wicklow blacks. 🙃

100% is rollable and I wouldn't call it a black, it's just a Coillte black 🤪 We hadn't been on the bikes in a long while and wasn't used to trails made of bigger rocks with hard packed gravel so took a while to get used to them.. We wish we were closer to Wicklow, such a sick spot for bikin!
