Thanks for the great tour! We’ve been RVing for 17 years. Some friendly RV advice: We always drink the city water. It isn’t a problem. You do need to change your filter; frequency depends on how much stuff us in the water; at least once a year anyway. If you notice reduced water pressure, it’s likely a dirty filter. We always carry at least one spare. Secondly, you need to run your generator under a load ( usually the air conditioner) for an hour at least every 30 days. Finally, always put some water in your empty cassette and add some Tank TechsRX or Happy Camper (or similar). It will help keep your cassette cleaner, break down the waste, and manage any odor.. You are going to love it!!!

Great walkthrough and tour inside and out. Great fun videography. I also wish they had an inductive stove top. I really like what FitRv has done with their electrical and dinning area. I’d probably at leas replace the table with the version on f the Travato table that has a portion that folds out to make it longer and it can be shortened. Water… I plan on filtering it coming and if I’m not happy with filter under sink then I’ll replace it. That’s the same or better than a Berkey filter type. Why take up precious counter top space with yet another filter?

Love the tour! Yes, we usually drink the water, but we have a filter on the hose coming into the rv, another one that's internal (kind of like your one under the sink) and we have a britta type pitcher with a filter. A thought or suggestion if you are looking to get more cabinet space, put your coffee maker where you have your white lantern. We're not coffee drinkers, but I know of several RVers who leave their coffee maker out. You can secure it with museum putty or velcro. It's just a thought. I'm sure as you live in it more you will make adjustments. Enjoy!

I have been RVing for over 40 years and never got sick from drinking water in our rig. Also don't use a water filter. Most city water has enough chlorine to keep the tank sanitized.

We are enjoying our Ekko as well. The rotating knob around the green/red valve is just an indicator of which tank is active. It doesn't control anything. Leave both on and it will automatically switch to the full tank and change to red to indicate the active tank is empty. You can then shut off and fill the empty tank and switch the active tank indicator so it will show when the 2nd tank is empty. This allows continuous use of propane while you fill the first bottle. Don't do a tank exchange as the tanks on your Ekko are better and its much more economical to fill them as needed. I'd suggest finding a local supplier who will likely be able to answer your questions re the propane. system. Thats how I found out about how this valve worked. Excellent , informative review. I just ordered my Ekko 2023. Apparently Ford is having some challenges keeping the chassis supplied to Winnebago, so I'm told it will be six months to a year before I take delivery. Hoping for six months. I've also optioned the generator/ battery combination and I'm trying to decide if I need the additional battery. If you don't mind me asking, what the dealership charged for the upgrade? I'm sure the cost has risen substantially since your review. Thanks for all the info. Cheers RS

Great tour! It fits with my travel style. I “tour” and don’t “camp” long term. I some times travel with another widower and friend of 50+ years. I love the guy but I’m not sleeping with him! 😂 I’m hoping WBGO gets the sump pump sorted soon. I too will need to upgrade the LiFePo system by quite a bit. I’ll probably order mine with a generator and have the dealer install another battery. I primarily boondock, so that’s a great option. Oh, an additional cassette would be one of my first purchases. BTW, The AEONrv is on my short list too along with TRaUVan and Revel.

640 Ah of could power a small village for a week, that’s overkill on the battery front and it’s wonderful, especially with the generator as a redundancy. Something tells me you’ll never need that generator but redundancies in the RV/Camper world is crucial. Great rig.

Yay RV tour. This beautiful RV is way bigger and more luxurious than our 2500 Sprinter, so much head room. Yes, do a cooking show from your rv! Can't think of anyone doing that. Check out Nomatic Fanatic's cat friendly ideas😊 We had issues on our last camper too, always a pain to get the manufacturer to do the right thing. Lol BED TEST 🤣Perfect sleeping set up. Dear Tanya and Dave, Thanks so much for the fun and informative video, and so glad to finally see the EKKO in review. How did you get yours so early? I ordered one last Feb and still in long queue with no date in sight. So many questions: There is a recall on the shower drainage into electrical components, did you have that issue? Do you find that the camper gets wet or needs time to dry after shower? Also, can you use standard twin sheets on the bed, and what size sheets do you need for the full folded out bed? If you fold down the table during driving, does it latch? finally, is there a handle or a way to get out of the garage from the inside if a child got stuck in there? worried about future recalls. I hope you got the heating vent issue repaired. Happy travels and see you on the road if we EVER get our EKKO!! Ann

You have to do bathroom & all windows with a frame to fit each one going exactly over existing ones with real heavy-duty screen material use either magnets or velcro to frames to ez remove etc to open or close windows.
