Something I found kinda cool is that if it pops up you can use Salamangreat Circle's second effect make someone unaffected and eventually use Princess to target the unaffected monster so that it doesn't get popped

What is the benefit of re-linking sunlight wolf into itself at 19:07? It does not seem that we are making use of its spell/trap reshuffle effect anyways? Also, given that we do not require the field spell if we don't need this re-link, wouldn't this open up other opportunities earlier in the 2-card combo?

Honestly, there's no need for the second wolf unless you literally have nothing else better to run. Most duels you'll play through one or two hand-traps and you'll make hiita or adding ash from gy just doesn’t come up. It's for a reliable link-2 that you can reliably make to get extra advantage but don't go out of your way to add back ash with it since it's mostly a little bonus. It's not worth using your only sanctuary name link for wolf or even CoS to get your spells back since the only one you'll want back is roar, which already recurs itself. If it wasn't in archetype it probably wouldn't even be played in salad so just run one unless you have a good reason for it. Every slot matters!

I got back into yugioh i just got master duel and this is a structure deck right now i got 3 of them and crafted the rest and it’s really fun. I kept fucking up the combos in practice duels i went to ranked and i was finally nailing a combo i was about to finish and BAM the game disconnected for maintenance/updates. Smh

Great video, I would only add one more thing, Salamangreat has a great draw/search power, grind game and consistency, and now it runs a lot of cards that are not exaclty bricks, but that you don't want to draw optimally. With that in mind you can build it with more than 40 cards without hurting it, to both run anything you want (from engine to HT) while decreasing the odds of drawing your one of's. Also, I don't like using Lady Debug, it pretty much loses for the 6 most used HT in master duel (Maxx C, Ashe, Imperm, Nibiru, Veiller and gamma), so normal summon Debug is almost a instant lose if your opponent has any HT in their hand, and if they don't have any you would do your combo anyway with any other starter.

But Lady Debug is a superb bait with those cards you complaining with, I'm currently Master 2 in Master Duel with Lady Debug Salad.

That's why I love the speedroid package in salad. It's a full one card combo without using your normal summon allowing you to extend even further, plays better through one-for-one hand-traps also without normal summon, and even has grind game potential if your board gets wiped it can get you even bodies for a playmaker. The only problem with the speedroids is that taketomborg is OBVIOUSLY a brick without Terrortop, and it also hurts when you get drolled on Terrortop search

It's weak going second, like he said if you remove one body at the start the deck struggles a lot, and the deck have various choke points.

Usually going second i just focus on getting to pyro phoenix then resummon it for the board wipe. Salamangreat has a couple 1 card starters so if you got a strong hand you can bust through a ton of negates. Typically kashtira, traptrix, labrynth and rescue ace will give you the most trouble going second.

I've seen a lot of master tier salad lists playing terror top, it doesn't seem that bad in a best of 1 format, no? I agree that it's probably less consistent and it does incentivize you to play foxy for brick insurance, but if you don't brick it seems good. Good bait as well. I don't play it in my traptrix list tbh, but that's mostly because I don't like giving up the extra deck slots. I have tested a couple traptrix variants with the armored xyz engine and top and I never felt bad about drawing it with that list. I can see the consistency argument for not playing it, but it seems like it's just good if you don't brick. I guess my argument would be that you can either run TT package or just more hand traps, not sure which is better.

Bro what happened to Yu-Gi-Oh!? I used to be able to play this as a child in third grade… it was very simple my attack is higher than your attack; maybe there was like one effect but usually the effects came from traps and spells. Now you have to be a full PhD to understand what these cards do. What 11 year-old is remembering all of this? And this is just one section of cards; we are not talking about different types of cards like spellcasters for example… I literally have to sit down and take like a minute to understand what my deck can do before I even lay down one single card.

Doing too much fancy stuff fellas and ladies just dump roar set it when re link use link 4 to set pop 4 and instead of doing all that to get ash back from gy while it’s on the field use staleo effect to bounce it back to your own hand when you link it off this goes into way too many steps and weird lines Ty for the content though brother 🙏🏼
