I'm a female living in Portland. The fact that this guy might be released soon... Just another reason to leave the city I loved for over a decade. It is a mess that seems to be getting worse, not better. It's a shame because it is surrounded by beautiful nature and is one of the few places in the U.S. that is bike friendly.

Great reporting by brian ettin. When people come at a jail, it's very difficult for them to get a legit place to live.So I wonder if this is where he was crashing. Either way this is super creepy. I'm also surprised if this is an open investigation. Why anyone's even allowed near it?

@@wendyodell356 Not everything was deem important enough to be "Evidence" and if you had watched the video, one of the parent said "they cleaned up the scene" and proceed to tell Brian what she see and photographed before. Suggested that the Police already processed the scene. It's 14 months +, if they had not collected those evidence within the first few weeks those evidence would have deemed unusable due to exposure.
