How do you have the highway patrol skins on all the vehicles it won’t let me put it on any of them even when I’m in the garage

Not all vehicles...only 4 skins. The IPV comes with the expansion.. These skins can be added only if you're playing on pc. Check the video's description wherew I've posted the Steam Workshop links of the 4 Highway Patrol skins that you have to subscribe to.

I wanna know why you stopped the van when you coulda stopped the car on the left of you the red one in the left lane for DUI, he woulda been a DUI suspect but instead you went for the van that didn’t use a turn signal, yea you have to use it but the DUI suspect I would have worried about more cause there puttin more ppl at risk than a fucking simple turn signal infraction, I get you have to use a signal but when you see a car that’s right next to you swerving in and out of the lane fucking stop em cause you can make an arrest for DUI, don’t let that go just for a simple turn signal violation that’s not as important as the DUI

Thanks for the heads up but that turn signal infraction ended up being a drug use arrest. Same risk factor IMO which could have also caused an accident and put many people's lives at risk.

@@JimmyDali that DUI was more important tho, he was all over the road, what if he swerved into the other lane, the turn signal violation was just a small infraction but he wasn’t swerving in and outa traffic like the other guy wss, the person that’s swerving in and out of traffic is more important cause there’s a higher chance of an accident cause of swerving all over the road but the turn signal guy yea it’s dangerous not usin one and can be dangerous to but the dude swerving was more dangerous then that guy not usin a turn signal
