Full Short Track Race: Caraway Speedway U-Car Division (6/15/24)

The always exciting U-Car Division saw 14 drivers in the field as they battle for points on Ladies Night at #CarawaySpeedway! With Defending Champion #24 Daniel Hughes not in attendance and points leader #09 Jason Richmond starting to pull away in the championship standings all the drivers are hoping to make up ground in the points battle!
Race Summary: The start of the race saw #11 Jeremy Kidd and #09 Jason Richmond on the front row of the 14 car field. Everything started off without any issue till Lap 2 when #26 Tito Clapp lost power and limped back to the pits ending his night. Lap 3 saw #32 Ron Mock take the lead from the #11 of Kidd! Lap 5 saw the #11 of Kidd and #2 Josh Phillips make contact in turn 1! #11 Jeremy Kidd was able to save the car and keep things under green. With no cautions and laps winding down it became a 2 car battle between #32 Ron Mock and #09 Jason Richmond. Coming into the final 2 laps the 09 of Richmond moved to the inside of the 32 of Mock and was able to hold him off to claim his 3rd win of the season at Caraway!
