I feel him on that tricep pain😭😭😭 That aread drained me quick as well and had this weird feeling in my arm pit area. tricep was extremely tender. no pain in the arm pit area just a weird feeling from when my tricep was worked on.

If I may be so bold, did this reply commentor like their own post? Anyway, I wholeheartedly agree, Mr. Reyes. You make socialization even an art aside with executing the application of the ink, a true example of your joy not showing up as work, 'cause you're just being true to yourself.. Solid synergy! .... i'll stop gushing now.

What an awsome tattoo. The way you blend colors and leaving negative spaces was so great bro. Salute to the client too for taking too much pain that ended up a dope result.

Dude I'm an artist but I live in Idaho and been watching you for two years straight. You helped me do this for a living and man I can't believe my dream job pays for my dreams , you, Oliver Ayres, Paul booth, pony Lawson, you guys are my heros, so thank you cuz I'm a damn good tattooer and in 3 years I'm still my own boss/ business owner, I'd love to come work with you bro

Real talk, I had 3 different 4 hour sessions on my left arm and it doesn't even stretch much below the elbow and nothing prepared me for the armpit and the inner elbow. Everyone needs to know this dude is a champ for sitting 3 days straight on a dope ass tattoo. Props!
@PotatoTune Жыл бұрын
Indeed, doing a whole arm tattoo for consecutive days is horrible, the pain is on another level
@blakejohnson4042 Жыл бұрын
No kidding, I’ve only had 2 tattoos. A 4 hour session on my left bicep. Started hurting towards the end. A 2 hour session then I tapped on right left shoulder blade that wrapped over my shoulder down to the bicep by a difference artist. As soon as this guy started it felt like hour 4 of the first tattoo. I knew I wouldn’t be able to sit for the estimated time of 4 hours on this one.
@UFCTUB32 жыл бұрын
I know the pain...My sleeve was my decision to go 3days back to Back. I went fingertips to top of the Shoulder, inner and outer arm. Last session last day went for 13hrs and my artist called it as well. I have just the White Highlights left to complete but I was fighting my body I was going hot to cold and I made the tattooist aware and at 11:50pm he made the call to stop. Go with what your artist deems necessary always. Amazing work Mr Reyes I recommend your art to all my peers, mates and anyone that needs to see quality Work.

@justinhayes21942 жыл бұрын
Yea I can't sit like that anymore! The older I get, the less time I can sit under the needle. I draw the line at 3 hours. I have been experimenting with numbing cream though, and have found that with the right cream and depending on the amount of time you could very well get a painless tattoo.

A lot of respect there. Even arm is least painful compared to other body parts, any session longer than 3 hours the skin/muscle just gets super tender and painful. Especially with those super bright color, the artist must do some heavy packing into the skin so it hurts more as the tenderness kick in.

For me, the inner bicep/armpit area and the inner elbow area were the most painful. A lot of people don’t understand prepping yourself for a big tattoo. Eating good, getting rest and even breathing right is crucial for getting work done.

So interesting. lol. So I've almost completed my full sleeve. 2 of the pieces were done over 2 back to back sessions. They're larger portraits. We now want to do a piece on the inner arm, tricep area. Yesterday I lasted three hours. The upper inner arm is not like the rest, even my the elbow + elbow ditch and wrists aren't as bad as the upper inner arm.
