The pain getting tattooed over multiple, consecutive days is hard to describe unless you have gone through it. Ive done it once and nowhere near this guys level, he is a beast. I did lower half sleeve day 1 for 4 or 5 hours. day 2 - 4 hours calf tattoo day 3 - 2 hours touch up and finishing. I did an 8.5 hour session on my sleeve, and you're absolutely right. By hour 7 your skin is on fire. Basic linework hurts at that point, nevermind shading.

I didn't got that same experience for me after the first 2 3 hours everything went basically numb and it was easier from that point forward. I believe it lasted like around 10 hours

My first tattoo I felt a little nauseous, got dizzy, laughed and said "I'm gonna pass out", then proceeded to have a seizure. Ended up finishing the tattoo and loving the result, but it sparked some major health concerns among my peers 😂

Do y’all not have your clients eat and drink water for these long sessions? My artist always has protein bars, protein shakes, and tons water for us. This runs a huge toll on your body. Great work though! Super impressive it was done so quickly.

🐐 Never seen anything like that. Been in and around the shop for 20 years. That is something that I will never see again. Also the artist KILLED that piece. True master artist. Mad respect to both!

Getting inked for that much back to back is insane, mad respect to the dude. Seeing the art progressing really is the motivator when you are in that much pain and ready to give up. I skipped out on doing my nipples haha, you are a savage dude. I bet the first couple days of healing wasn’t much fun either.

That was an amazing piece! Homeboy has heart to sit trough all that pain back to back for three days. I felt his pain once they got to the armpits. Quite possibly the worst pain I’ve felt while being tattooed so far!
