Interesting what Devon said about Jerry. I feel Devon trains harder to exploit his opponent's weaknesses more than he trains to exploit his own strengths. That's why he's a Rubik's cube for every opponent he turns up against. I get the feeling his opponents focus mainly on their own strengths. Chaffee is the perfect example. Devon didn't need to have more power, he just needed to be what Dave couldn't work with.

@darkness75163 жыл бұрын
Id say do so full pronation as extra or stuff like that to do the full twist when pronating even from a starting point which is rare for people to even do.maybe some barbell wrist curls which isnt extra at all so msybe I shouldnt mention as that.extra stuff but still useful would be back shoulders biceps sort of extra but they always do need some work not as much as forearms though

Full range of motion is irrelevant. It engages different sets of muscle groups when you go beyond 90 degrees, and you cna cheat to get to that point. The engaged or loaded curl is a better bicep exercise anyway. Full range of motion is also a good way to hyper extend connective tissue; too many meat heads have passed along bad habits under the guise of calling one another "pussies" if they don't embrace them.
