@Bada_Boom785 ай бұрын
The left made it matter. They want to cloak their candidate from facing actual truth. If you say anything negative or true, it’s whatever “ist” they want to claim. They hide behind race or gender because unfortunately it gets to some ppls *emotions* of bullying vs hearing the truth. As voters we need the truth and vote for the best candidate to run our country.

@aerohydra38495 ай бұрын
The fact is, that if you cherrypick comments that any public figure has said, you can essentially form any narrative you want about them. For example, if they were as harsh towards Biden, they could cherrypick his advocation for the "super-predator bill", his opposition to bussing, the comments Kamala made about him being racist during the primaries, his "if don't vote for me you ain't black" comment, his "poor kids are just as smart as white kids" comment, and on and on and on. The journalists here are not asking questions in earnest to understand Trump better, they're trying to make accusatory statements to defame him through cherrypicked comments.

Aside from what I already stated. It's perplexing to me that he stated when it comes to Vance as a VP and to justify his actions and his would be incompetence as VP. Essentially that you are not suppose to make impact as VP. It's not about the VP, people are voting for the President. The VP just is just playing the back. But when it comes to Kamala as VP he says, "she made no impact". The fact that he contradicted himself so monumentally in one sitting is absurd. This man lies on a whim and people will just justify it as if he isn't playing in everyone's face. Including his voters, just perplexing.
@deepseadiver18185 ай бұрын
He said when people are voting typically the VP doesn’t have an impact on their VOTE. He didn’t say the VP shouldn’t have an impact by doing their job well and correctly which is where he was referring to Kamala.
@TonyAltrudebta5 ай бұрын
@deepseadiver1818 Even if you believe that is what he meant. Even though the question he was answering was, "Do you think JD Vance will be ready on day one?". Nevertheless, if this is what you believe, that he was referring to JD Vance being VP choice having no impact on the election. Stating, "You will be voting for me". Again perplexing, he believes Kamala Harris is probably a DEI hire. Meanwhile also the narrative his campaign and Republicans are pushing is that Biden ONLY gave her VP because she is poc. That she "isn't even qualified". So it is interesting that being a DEI and / or a woman of color got her the job as VP to impact votes. Needless to say, that nevertheless, endless contradiction and lies (when the narrative can benefit him).
@Smoke-b4q5 ай бұрын
Actually what he was saying was in most situations the VP is inconsequential with the exception of LBJ, but he felt that Vance came from a background that resonates with many people who are in the US(troubled or single parented, without connection to a person of wealth, served in the military, but later all of those things did not diminish his ability for high achievement. So in that sense, JD Vance presents a Horatio Alger story of sorts. That is he epitomizes the American ideal, in most cases, any American, even with no background, hard work and discipline you can rise to the level of your ambition and aspirations. Unlike Biden, this former president, does not have the phalanx of the media to carry his water. But what is known, especially as it relates to lies-is this whole administration has lied to us about the competence and health of our dear current president. Secondly, for so long, there has been communication about the former president being an "existential" threat to democracy, and yet we just witnessed the "coronation" of Presidential candidate without the benefit of a primary. A candidate who 90% of her staff quit, and one who got not one delegate when she ran for president-not one. The democratic party is famous for this, we have seen it with Hillary, with Bernie Sanders and the exposure of them giving them giving her the questions before the debate.
