Lol. I vote democrat, but it's not true about NAR agreeing for the "first time" that Realtor commissions can be negotiated. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN NEGOTIABLE. My prediction is that commissions will go up because the laws are simply forcing Realtors to negotiate early on commissions. BTW, lower rates and a strong economy helped increase housing. This was a government induced problem to stimulate the economy which gave money away to everyone during the pandemic. In other words, the pandemic hand outs were not free. Everyone agreed on free money to avoid a recession.

And I am really curious if he is blatantly lying when he says that the real estate commission is for the first time negotiable. It has always been the seller's choice whether to sell FSBO, Discount or Full Service. There are ALL KINDS OF OPTIONS out there for as far as I can remember. If not lying, what is it?
