Can you list how many times we have to do each exercise per day and what's the time period for each exercise till recovery?

Hi MGrey, You would be looking to gradually work up to doing all exercises in this video 3-4x per week. If the ankle however was to flare up, that would be an indication that you have done too much too soon. Often with clients there will be a progressive approach and they start off with the easy exercises only, then throughout their rehab these are progressed. Ankle sprains vary in timeframe to get better so dependent on the sprain severity it could be anywhere from 4-12 weeks Kind regards, Travis
