My right shoulder appears to have both internal and external rotation issues. On the bright side, internal rotation on my left is great but external needs a bit of work :)

I’m 29 years old, and I’ve been diagnosed with lordosis (excessive lower back curve). My doctor told me that since my bones are fully grown, it’s unlikely that the curve can be completely fixed. However, I’ve been doing exercises and stretches but still wonder if it’s possible to fully restore a normal back alignment as an adult. Has anyone here managed to fix their lordosis completely as a grown adult? If so, what worked for you? I’d love to hear your experiences or advice. Thank you!

Hello Travis, I am scheduled to have this surgery at the four month mark along with a scar tissue removal procedure after a complex elbow dislocation. Since this is the result of a different injury than the one you mentioned would the recovery timeline be different?

Hi, I am a 26 year old female. I did a few tricep dumbell workout exercises(3 kg dumbell) for a few weeks, not on a daily basis. I would feel a pain near the back of my elbow for one particular exercise - the bicep curl so I stopped doing that exercise continued with others like overhead extension and layeral raises (20 reps of of sets). I stopped working out and the there was no pain, my arms were normal. 2 months after I stopped these workouts, I suddenly felt a shooting pain on the back of my elbow and along different part of the tricep muscle itself. I have been doing tricep streches, ultrasound and heat therapy and 3 months later, the pain still is as is Along with a burning sensation and a knot like feeling near the elbow. I occasionally feel a little weakness in my triceps, especially while typing on my computer or holding my phone in front of my eyes. I have not lost any function so far, but the pain/burning is always constant as long as I am awake. I saw a few doctors with MRI scans, but the scans show nothing, no inflammation or other injuries. From the past 2 weeks Im starting to get a needle like pricking needle like pain on the back of the arm attaching the shoulder, and its starting to affect the position i sleep in. I also hear frequent popping sounds from shoulder and elbow. Could this really be a tendon issue -tendinitis/ tendinopathy or a case muscle fatigue or something else. Please help since I have not been getting much help from doctors and its really starting to affect my daily chores

Thank you for the video. Great information. After nearly 1 year with cubital nerve subluxation and pinky numbness, I had my subcutaneous ulnar nerve transposition surgery 4 days ago in Portugal. I think that the techniques used by the surgeons must improved a lot... I woke up from the anesthesia with a minimal pinky numbness... big improvement felt straight after waking up from surgery. Doctor said i could drive 5 days after surgery (i feel that i can but to be on the safe side, i won't). I will wait at least 1 month before going back to the gym and will start very light.

For the isometric contraction, how do you pull your arm down? Is it with the actual shoulder blade? I strained my lower trap in 2018 and have suffered ever since then. They are EXTREMELY weak. As I video for the last exercise. It appears that they go in but neither the right nor the left actually go down. Any other ques to get to activate rather than my ribcage kicking in? That's what feels like the muscle that has taken over. Very great video!! Thank you!!!

Mine only pops when i add weight on exercises that are hard on my tricep. Like bench press, overhead press, or things such as tricep extension exercises. Regularly bending my arm doesn’t bother me and it doesn’t pop.

The way you showed one can get an injury is exactly what I had 25 years ago, when I was like 8. I fell on my hands just like that, it hurt a little but as a kid I didn't think about it that much. Well, it didn't bother me this whole time, but when I got into gym, after 1.5 years of exercises I noticed that I had severe pain in my left wrist. Went to the surgeon, and, well, I learned that I do in fact have a tfcc tear! Sad part is that I almost certainly have tear in my right wrist as well, so I will undergo another surgery after healing process. This video is pure gold for me, as I'm going to need it in one month, as I'm going to off casting and gonna do PT. Thanks a lot, god bless!

This may sound like a silly question but for the majority of people what symptoms do you have and exactly where? Mine tends to be a burning on the bottom outside lateral border of my foot, which never goes away. I have done professional inserts. I guess I just need to continue to do stretches and ice

Hello doctor, Good day ! I have been suffering from tfcc tear for almost 1 month+ now. I have been doing some physio stretching exercises. Now as compared to the beginning the pain has been somewhat reduced. But i am still getting that pop sound at tfcc spot while doing stretching exercises. Also I am getting vibration sensation sometimes. Could you let me know how long will it take to stop hearing that pop sound. Also why am I getting itching and vibration sensations ? Thanks in advance for answering..

When should you start rehabilitation after a shoulder sprain? without any fracture, the orthopedist says that after 6 weeks only...
@Yannis787043 ай бұрын
This old science. Never stretch a tendinopathy. Stretching your tendon places it under high compressive load. We now know that compressive load can be harmful to a painful tendon and may slow down its recovery. There is also no published evidence to support stretching as a useful intervention in tendon pain.

I just recently had surgery were they had to re brake my pelvis to repair a Mal repair of an open book fracture. But ever since I can't walk without a terrible limp. From watching this video I can confidently say it's my gluteus medium and minimums. And if I lie on my side and try to lift the faulty leg straight up into the air. It doesn't move even a millimeter it almost feels like I'm parralised. Anything I can do about this.
