prime example of setting a goal and doing what it takes to get to it. I've been going after a 315 atg front squat max for sometime now but after watching this extraordinary accomplishment I've changed my entire routine to go after repping my 225lbs as many times as possible. thank you for posting such an excellent video cause seeing the difference and knowing the difference is what makes the difference. @TearTheRoof0ff Жыл бұрын
That was some incredible breathing/respiration to keep you conscious and able to persist for so long (as well as mental fortitude of course). I managed 140kg for 20 once and at the final rep my back muscles gave up the ghost (perhaps partially due to going beltless) and because my breathing was so shot, getting the weight up ended up giving me an exertion headache that would recur over the next 2 to 3 weeks. This right here is just amazing.
