Those sky cranes are wild. Used to work with them stacking towers. Problem is that if you’re sitting at the top of the tower and they fly you up something, as soon as you touch the tag line on the load you ground yourself to the helicopter, which generates a massive amount of static from the blades whipping through the air as it flies. It’s quite a jolt.

Yeah, full video of skycrane with lift and placement video. I saw one lift a big A/C unit on top of a high rise in KC in the 70s. It was a really big deal.

That’s one crane it’s called a double box girder. Build them all day! Love it! Company I work for has built many of their stairs, even some of the ones at Massey’s ……like the set that’s going up to the Pathfinder nosecone! I love it!
