Join me on a maintenance trip from San Jose, CA to Camarillo, CA. We debug our autopilot issue enroute and then get the visual approach for runway 8.

I’ve been enjoying your videos. Love the TBM! I’m a fellow Bay Area tech guy based in KPAO. Would love to hear more about your pilot journey and transition to the TBM. I’m currently flying piston but would like to transition to turbine in the future.

Great videos. I've been based at KSJC for over 30 years. Great airport and great controllers.

Thanks Marcin for another great video. Saw your flight headed back home on Flight Tracking, looks like you weren't there very long, hopefully they got the issues resolved. Hope to see your flight back home posted. Looks like you did a little sightseeing out over the ocean before heading north. Again, thanks for another great video.

Garmin had asked for some specific procedures to be flown so did that on the departure before heading back!

Good video as always. I never saw the interior of this airplane. Waiting for a review both interior and exterior.

Love your channel! Would you be open to talking a bit more about your TBM and your experience with it? Maintenance, pros/ cons, things you would like to see changed, anything that comes to mind regarding ownership of this amazing aircraft.

Welcome to the start of the Santa Ana winds at my home airport of KCMA! I think that it got up to a gusty 38Kts during this event. The odd step down altitudes actually happen quite frequently there when coming from the north and direct to the airport.

Garmin Gremlins are the worst, they never repeat themselves when you take it in for maintenance!! Great flight….Great Bird!!!

Avex upgraded my 900 from G1000 to G1000Nxi. When I climb I have to use VS initially until some speed bleeds off then I can use FLC. Otherwise the pitch is all over the place. It settles down eventually but it makes for an uneasy ride.

great video! But I wonder, is the middle of the glare shield always dancing a bit up and down during flight?
@mkleczynski7 ай бұрын
Yeah, they adjusted it but unfortunately still happening. Will squawk it next time visit.

Always interesting. The number of times the master caution alerts during start got my attention. Given that you have to press and acknowledge it a lot, is there a possibility of this becoming a reflex action, and the pilot missing something? Just curious, as all my PT6A starts were completely manual (DHC-6) and required close attention

Yes, if you let it, it can lead to missing critical CAS messages. I do think it's too noisy and error prone. For example, sometimes I get a Low Fuel CAS message during startup when I obviously have a full tank. I read as diligently as I can and then dismiss. While you silence the alarm, the CAS messages will still be in the CAS window and will be easy to spot if something is wrong.

I would probably slit my wrists if I had to hear that clicking every time I enter a flight plan or frequencies etc.😂

To each their own 😂! I need the input feedback or it drives me mad.

It most likely needs a new Fetzer valve.

Why does that yellow warning light keep turning on in your videos? The one next to the red button.
@mkleczynski8 ай бұрын
That is the master caution and illuminates anytime a yellow CAS message appears. This often happens on startup and shutdown as you're bringing critical systems online and offline. It can be noisy but is useful when an actual anomaly occurs.
