How did you fit the 07 seats in the bugeye, from what I have seen it seems they are tough because of the air bag system in the 06 and 07?

same question. I got an 02 wrx recently picked up 07 Sti USDM seats. im guessing i will have to pull the foam off the metal frame and swap them. at least the bases. been looking for awhile.

I actually took a wrx carpet and put it in my 2007 sti, the black makes the blue pop more and it look way batter when its clean

@mikedonlon1594 I'm starting to regret getting rid of my black interior. The blue is just too hard to keep clean, especially when the bugeye was my daily.

Would this kind of interior swap be possible on a wrx wagon?

@adrian.diloca6686 I believe the front seats, carpet, and door panels will fit. The rear seat, however, will not work, but you can always get your stock rear ones reupholstered to match the front.

Are the door pannels a direct bolt on or did you have to modify them?

Door panels will directly fit, just the trim pieces and window controls were different

I saw in one of your videos you complained about needing a cat for pa inspection. What part of pa do you live that needs a cat or is it you throw a CEL. I’m also looking for a bugeye wrx myself as a daily how is yours holding up after a while of ownership?

As far as I knew all of PA needed cats to pass inspection, but obviously some garages are going to be more lenient than others. Also whil owning my bugeye I love it, it hast even given me any "major problems" so far just simple maintenance fixes, and at times I haven't been the easiest on it so with 257k miles on it it still runs great, they're super realiable and a fun car to drive if I was you I'd look for one that hasn't been modified just for a little more reassurance that it hasn't been abused or abused as much👍

Kyle Zimmerman well if your close to philly I can give ya a hand in that situation as long as you don’t have a CEL on. I have a few people who I do it for. Min requirement is having 1 or 2 emissions monitors not ready. As long as the light isn’t on your good. And for one not abused I found a few with little to no mods as well as a blobeye wagon with low miles107k with only an exhaust and head unit put in. I’d swap the face though lol. Not a fan of the blobeye look lol

@@GMTG-SHORTBUS As of right now I'm fine for inspection but I appreciate the offer! Also be picky and patient when looking I know how tempting some cars can look but it's best to wait for what you want than impulsively buying👌

Which sensor are you talking about, or are you saying issues after I swapped the interior?
