The parents are borderline useless. The lack of any action to stop her or get legal assistance regarding her constant harassment and showing up. She deserved a restraining order from the whole family and they didn’t do anything. That inaction is negligent and honestly dangerous. The dad put his family in serious danger with that girl.

Call them, stay on the phone with them and drive to the police station. If the person doesn’t catch on to what you’re doing it will give the police a good chance to look at the car as well as let the person know that you know they’re following you and it may scare them back a little

If someone tells you they are going to do self harm, it’s best to call the cops and let them deal with it. If they are serious, they’ll be given help. If they are lying, they’ll have to deal with consequences that hopefully will teach them not to play games. Honestly, if this were real I don’t actually pity OP or their family because this woman was a walking red flag for a long time but they didn’t reach out to her family nor called the police.
