Yeah, and if they're married why does it need to be all specific. Like wouldn't the kids have some benefits just being part of the family? Like idk what kind of money we're talking about but I wouldn't think the step kids would be treated any differently than his own kids, they could receive some part of it from their step-dad doesn't have to be specially mentioned in the will. Like was she planning on taking off once she got it or something? Geez My grandparents on my dad's side (technically my stepdad, but he's been my dad since 3 years old) left way more to my dad than they did his 2 sisters so my dad did give some of his to them because of that. I mean, I guess lots aren't like that but geez. Teach your kids well and hopefully they can work hard and do alright for themselves, lots of people do that everyday.
