Props still to OP’s mom for getting on the road to recovery from narcissism. While this may seem bizarre to say, what the former golden child did here may well have been a blessing in disguise since this gives her mom a second chance to raise a child the right way without making the mistakes she made with the child’s birth mother and, again, saved that child from the lifetime of abuse they would’ve suffered under the “care” of their own birth mother. Imho, a house and $100K is a small price to pay for the excellent shot at life that child now has…❤️

There was another update. Sister gave birth to her son, and I believe she demanded the parents buy her a new house in LA. OP’s parents offered to take custody of the baby _and_ buy sister the house in LA, however if she took this offer then she was legally disowned. As in legally, OP would be an only child and sister cannot use their last name. OP’s sister very quickly accepted this, and as soon as she got her new house she signed the legal agreement and dumped her baby on the parents. That was the last OP’s family saw or spoke to her.
