Mommy long legs are protective of the experiments like a real mother she would never do that the paper in the game says it she was only mothering to the experiments and caring to the children that’s why she’s called mommy long legs but she doesn’t use it to kill the experiments she uses her abilities to protect them like how a real mother should but this animation is really good keep up the good work! Actually she did. You can hear her kill bunzo and the mini huggys when you leave the rooms and if you go back after hearing the sound you can see them dead. Also this is confirmed cuz in the game files the sounds you hear are titled "mommy_kills_bunzo" and "mommy_kills_minihuggys". Although I agree if the notes are to be believed that is very out of character for her so there must be a reason behind it or it's a mistake.
