Op should put the whole family, extended included, on a group chat, and admit that he is jealous of Emma. That he wishes he could have been abandoned by them, then maybe he could have found a family that lives him as much as they all love her. Then block them all and never look back.

He should have countered by focusing talking to not a sister and pointing out that they know you never had a loving home and how your parents spent every moment sence her adoption making him feel like she did being abandoned at that mall. Point out that at least her parents weren't so spiteful of her that they wouldnt allow her to ever know a loving home where she had parents whom love her, cared about her. Not blackhearted twisted scum incapable of loving their only son and dedicated against his happiness in life not just mental or emotional well being.
