However, if he knows, in his heart of hearts, that he is a fraud he would fight the death penalty because he doesn’t know what’s behind that veil and in actuality, Chad Daybell, the human, is petrified of death and his subsequent judgment day.

I have always found this guy's testimony to be very interesting. Clearly, Chad has his eyes on Warwick's money and was hoping to draw him into the group via coven witch Melanie. However, many people who own their own businesses, such as contractors, etc, are quite wary when it comes to be approached by con men. So Warwick used the excuse that he didn't share the same beliefs in order to politely distance himself from Chad. But I think he was skeeved out more about the money aspect than he was the belief systems. I get the impression that he uses his ill health as a shield to appear less knowledgeable than he really is. I think he perceived evil spirits in Chad and Lori, even if he doesn't come out and say so. He saw them for what they were, hence Chad taking a dislike to him later. Warwick seems traumatized, like someone who has come close to evil and has managed to evade it, but barely. Maybe he feels guilt about not helping the kids or Tammy or Charles in any way.

Listening to the witness speak is like watching paint dry. I’m sure he is a decent person that was being used by Lori and Chad.

Pretty sure the only reason Pryor keeps objecting is to disrupt the prosecutor's rhythm.

The whole Salem witchhunt and collective psychosis and delusion comes to my mind!! 👈👈👈 Anyhow, he is a bad witness.. His answers were all over the place. Kinda weird. Melanie and her hubbie know more than they say.
@frelnc9 ай бұрын
It's possible, but did you hear her testimony? She was really torn up about Chad and Lori's perversion of her lifelong religion.
@billyje47269 ай бұрын
@@frelnc I agree. Yet I think they both got pulled into the frenzy and delusion at first, just as is common with cults, and later realized what actually happened. They were manipulated and brainwashed.

41:57 Why was this guy asking to see JJ when he’d made it clear earlier that there was minimal if any communication between himself and JJ?
@joncrane76618 ай бұрын
Jj sometimes wouldn't speak...but he still tried to hang out with him. He also has a special needs child..so he felt familiar withhim.
@anthonydelgrosso48184 ай бұрын
Not only that but I think he knows something was up with JJ either from the nightmare or maybe he heard something When he was lightly sleeping he felt something was up@@joncrane7661

Prior is acting like an email address is a full religion. Wth? Someone makes up a cute email address to share info with friends, and Prior is calling it a group, a religion. Why?? Why is he dwelling on that??
@louesparza80038 ай бұрын
Prior is stupid if he expects anyone to remember an e-mail address from years ago - especially one that someone else devised.
@CocoTheDiamond7 ай бұрын
Prior isn't stupid. his client is. the 7 gatherers is significant. there's more info coming out about it from Megan Connor soon. Megan is Lori's cousin and has a channel, she shares some insights into the case from a family member perspective and she also does research into FOIA docs, etc.

Prior is doing a pretty good job actually. Iv been working inside courtrooms for 20 years now, and he's definitely holding his own. Chad is going to jail, we all know that, but his counsel is doing a pretty good job of the dogs breakfast hes got to work woth. We may not like him, because hes Chad's lawyer, but he's a good lawyer.

@xyz12345457 if you you are talking about Mr Warwick bring shy and quiet so therefore we should not say anything about him. Just remember that Chad Daybell was quiet and shy and meek abd look what he ended up doing.

@@MaggieMay757 First, ignorant is just baseless. He knows a lot about this case and about the law and its procedures. On arrogance, that could be said about the judge, the Prosecution, or any attorney. Arrogance is a job skill for an attorney. So, what?
