That's the plan! Sell the boat before we set off for Sweden or at least have it on Brokerage (for sale) while we are away. We're so much happier in the Van when we are travelling around :)

Thanks Susan, yes we are taking our time choosing the next motorhome and hopefully we will get the right one. The rules on weight of van I can drive when over 70 years old is a consideration but not the main one. The 3.5T limit is in place but who knows 👍😀😎

Boats are selling at the moment though was really shocked to see increase in mooring fees for the space that's given . Its what you do afterwards . You need a base and a motor home . Thank you Susanne. The bread is brilliant! Yes our mooring fees are quite high since Aquavista took over and the customer service has gone down too. Before we had the boat we lived in the Comanche without having a “base” and did just fine so we should be all OK this time around especially as we have more experience now 👍😀😎

Did you already have a Remosco? A few years ago everyone was buying breadmakers but the novelty wore off and the breadmakers were given to thrift shops . With the slow cooker Remosco the appliance can be used for otyher purposes

Hi, Yes we have a Remoska which we use while we're on EHU. Even though it's only 400 watts it does seems to soak up the battery power quickly. Wendy makes bread in the Remoska; it's really simply and few ingredients. Our main "in van" cooking pans now are 2 ridge monkey things. 1 grill pan and 1 deep pan with lid. We'll do a kitchen tour at some point and show how and what we cook with the ridge monkey things :)

Hello, just seeing you sitting there, doesn't the interior of the boat look so much better now it is white! Just turned the boat around so we can spruce up the side paintwork and so on. We have a week to get that done so should be fine IF the weather holds off the rain for a couple of days :)

Yep, back to full time motorhome is another adventure but we seem to be so much happier when we are in the van. Certainly exciting times 😀👍😎

Hi Carole, no you've not missed much but we are about to sell the boat and return to Full Time Motorhome Life. in just 2 weeks we'll be off to Sweden an the Boat will be on sale with a Brokerage. Hopefully it will sell quickly.

hi guys are you sure about dethleffs trend ? looks like its 3500kg at 7,5mts with large garage 325 kgs payload i remember how much stuff you carried in the autotrail ,,i have just up plated my 7.5mt a class pilote with large garage to 3960kg started at 3650kg

No not sure at all what we will eventually do and just looking at options. We hope to maintain a minimalist lifestyle (lol) so a smaller van should be OK. We shall see 👍😀😎
