Tempered glass VERY smart! My 15 year old son fell onto our thick glass coffee tsble weve had from way before he was born it BROKE in huge shards he was SO LUCKY to not be hurt!When I bought it the guy lied and said it was tempered glass I could tell he didnt know WHAT that was and was lying.

Good idea to have sn eating counter and all the tempered glass doors ti ler in all the light and feel more open. Ooh you jave a smart home I have a light switch, its really not THAT hard to flip a switch.

Space looks incredible. Can you tell me the dimensions on the last row of your theater area? How deep is the counter top? How high does it sit? Looking to do something similar in my basement and can’t settle on a size. Yours looks perfect!

We have gotten many comments like this, it may just be the video quality as this was taken a little while ago. It does not echo in person the way it may sound in the video.

@@Finishedbasementsnj I had this setup in one of my houses from the previous owner. The theatre experience was not very good because the sound bounced all around the basement. You're not going to get the full experience with having it open. It's just another entertainment area for games and not a theatre.

We like to say approximately 12-14 weeks from the date of your first rough inspections. We do not have control over the townships and how long they take regarding inspections as well as permit approval. So that is the safest estimate!

I personally think it's just the video quality. This was taken a little while ago and one of the first ones we edited the way that we did and it may just be the way it sounds in the video....as in person it does not sound echoey.
