I definitely think the Midori exhaust is unique to Japan’s culture cars being quiet and respectful but I think a Tomei exhaust would go crazy! 🔥 also the r35 needs a wing and the r32 is so good omg my favorite gtr of all time

Keep the R34 true to Midori...never change it. And actually, grab more Midori parts(should be easy for you). Never take it to the track. Drive it on Saturdays and Sunday. Car meets/events. And that's it, bro.

I think you should keep the silent exhaust for long-term livability and keep the parts matching. Besides, you got the other cars to make as loud as possible, so it would make the R34 even more unique in your collection. Keep your current exhaust. The Tomei sounds great for the first few drives, but if you enjoy driving it often you'll get tired of it. I ended up selling the one I bought for mine almost a year ago without even installing it. As you've said, every car/build has a different purpose, don't ruin the build style and purpose of the 34. Love the GT-R content, keep it up! It helps satisfy my cravings while mine is getting built!

You should add a carbon fibre cooling panel to the r34, it would help direct cold air and also fill the gap between the grill and rad support. And look awesome.

I have Ganador(discontinued) exhaust on my R33 GT-R. It's a little louder than stock and sounds good at idle and when you go WOT. My Japanese neighbor said he loves the sound of my car and is a huge GT-R fan. He told me tonight he sound of an inline six is music to his ears. His son owns an R35 but he comes over to see my car all of the time. For what you mentioned about the use for the R34, I would keep the MIdori exhaust. It will be much nicer for cruising and driving around. A midnight purple GT-R was a few cars ahead of me tonight and seemed to have a similar style exhaust to what I have. Noticeable but not obnoxious and owned by what looked like a middle aged Japanese couple.

For the 34, I’d say keep the Midori exhaust and then add an electric cutout after the turbos.
