Hello, I am starting a food truck and am shopping for a generator. Thank you for posting your videos btw they are so helpful and definitely save a lot of money. Do you prefer an inverter generator? What parentage size do you choose compared to your load? Thank you If there is a specific one you prefer link it so we can purchase it.

I use floor fans work great, and the window open and door if necessary.

Hey Frank love your videos I'm going to look at a 7x16 flat nose trailer but it's only 6ft 6 inside height will that work for the hood I know a 7ft height is better but I think I can get a good deal on this one but I don't want to make a bad mistake. Thanks
