I still have my RTS-2 frame hanging up in the garage. It was supposedly a factory display model and was un-serialized, so I had to pick my own SN that the shop stamped into the BB shell. The weld for the rocker mount has a hairline crack.

When I started MTbiking in 1993 all I wanted was a GT. On no budget all I could afford was a Diamond Back. However I managed to buy some GT kit I was way more stoked about. I’m happy to have a new GT sensor. Loving it.

@@GTBicycles1 Hi guys, thanks! I wish I had that kit still, but I recal wearing it until it thinned out to much and the top became way to small as I grew up lol. If you know any dealer offering GT kit I would be stoked. I have Googled and tried to find some trail pants and tops but no luck at all. Any retailers you knowof offering this in the US?

Just bought a used 2015 Force X Carbon Expert frame. Still looks cool. I'm not hard core enough to need all it's capability, but bragging rights are a thing. Just knowing my old bike is better than all these new generic looking bikes from all the usual suspects (Trek, Specialized, Giant, etc.) is good enough for me. Now I just have to build it...
