@mycustompaintedlife502

No! Still, that doesn’t account for the darkness. This person is right! You lightened her up to the roots, creating a black canvas, added a level 8 toner and melted it into a level 9! You even used 40 developer, which I get, though I’d never do it, but her color is a level 2 at the roots melted into a level 9 ash

ALL the time! But he digresses a little too much for my liking. And never fully shows the process as detailed as she has done. This is straight to the point, informative, and excellent workmanship. As a tutorial should be. Guy Tang is a bit more 'let me show you a sneak peek of what I worked on this weekend while I was having a ball of a time with my friends". His work is good. Like really good. But I wouldn't really call it a tutorial.

This colour is just stunning! I'm a natural Level 1 (no joke, cool blue/violet jet black hair with zero warmth) hair and this is my dream! I'm having fun with a lot of demi vivids in the cooler spectrum (deep true purples and violets) so that it fades to silver because I know my hair will be fried if I try to do this in one go. This would be great on hair that is already silver with a hint of shadow roots for dimension.

The vol means how much peroxide is in the developer. Bit if there isn't enough of either the lightener or the developer it won't lift well. Stylists have preferences in texture and it varies for the technique

Hey! Im obsessed with this lol. I’m currently a cosmo student I have done this technique on my cousin it turned out great! But I was wondering for someone who wants a more subtle balayage and wouldn’t want back to back foils would you recommend leaving slices out with this? Or ow would you go about making this more subtle for someone? Any guidance/advice is appreciated :)

I'm not a hair dresser. I'm gonna attempt to bleach my hair then dye it silver blonde but I have a question would it work after bleaching it be able to use a dye of a silver blonde and not use a toner? Sorry if this sounds stupid to some but I don't wanna ruin my hair but would prefer using a dye instead of a toner just for a longer time period in maintenance...?? I "fired" my last hair dresser because she wouldn't do this for me...so I'm afraid to even try again, I'd rather attempt it myself.

How exactly do I request this? (I want this technique with different tones) every time I come out with high lights/ highlights that just look outgrown because of the demarcation line the day I got them done/ or brassy ass hair. I'm desperate!!! I've taken pictures and they say it's ombre... it's bayalage... it's this or that but none look anything close to this. lol

AMMY LOPEZ I would tell them balayage ombré, done with babylights, to achieve the color you may need one than one session depending on what you currently have in your hair or if you naturally have dark hair

The color is simply BREATHTAKING. Oh how I'd love to have it done on my hair, BUT I'm so scared the bleach will damage my hair. Any advice on how to avoid damage on bleached hair? I'd REALLY appreciate it.
