I'm not sure if there is an audiotape of Rainy Day Finger Play, but I do know there is a VHS tape of it from 1985.

The series is called "See & Sing: Children's Music Video" and it's from 1985, although Rainy Day Finger Play & Fun Songs is probably the most memorable episode in the series.
