Coloque coloral nestas comidas e sal no arroz, faça um suco para o almoço eu sempre vejo os vídeos más por que gosto das casas feitas com bambu más os alimentos feito por estas mulheres me dão nojo vê se melhora isso compre uma vassoura de Cabo e um colchão para ter mais conforto pra dormir com estas crianças beijos 😊❤😘
