When I lived with my grandparents as a child and they were still allowed to slaughter pigs on the farm, we were rendering bacon in the same way. And the supplies are laid out exactly that way. No entiendo por qué no hacen los fuegos, a la altura de ellas, para no andar agachándose, es muy poquita las personas que lo hacen, pero la que lo hacen, hacen una cocinas preciosas, y desde luego con un buen estilo, y la saben hacer además, unas con más medios, y otras con menos, igual que todos los demás.
