Ariel literally said at the start of the video that they tinted her eyebrows. The reason her eyebrows might look already filled in is because the dye from tinting the brows would have dyed around the brow area aswell

Kylie's face shape in here is so awkwardly unlike hers right now. I mean it's Kylie but looks like a copy version of the "now" Kylie. To us commoners we can't really put a finger on what the difference is but small changes done cosmetically and surgically can drastically change a person's appearance n this video proves it all.
