The ability for a law enforcement officer to ask if you are arm needs to be changed. You have no duty to disclose but if asked you must respond truthfully. Law needs to be changed. Officers please stop asking if a citizen is armed? If you are LE I would love to hear why you think you have right or need to ask anyone if they are armed when you lack any suspicion. Thanks.

I'd not suggest moving the gun during a stop. That gets into the whole "furtive movements" line that cops use as an excuse to search the car. As far as the ticket, they had the guts to write the ticket after they shot you? That ought to be worth another zero on the settlement check just for that!

I have one big problem with this whole scenario the Second Amendment says shall not be in French when the founding fathers of this nation wrote the Constitution they didn't have no laws restricting citizens from firearms so therefore it doesn't matter if you are a felon a person with a misdemeanor of domestic violence or a drug user the Second Amendment does not say you have the right to bear arms unless you have any of these offenses what it states is you have the right to bear arms and it shall not be infringed we do not need any gun laws in fact if any gun law needs to be implemented the gun laws should be every citizen of the United States should have to have firearms in training shell be free other than the expense of ammunition

Glock pistol has the special trigger design meaning that officer had to have her finger over the trigger and then pull it as she was tugging on it. 🤔 Most departments have Glock pistol as duty side arms. It’s makes me wonder if she done this on purpose. 😑😑😑😑😑
