Remember guys, watch the trial and not just the news Edit: Alr so some people just don't understand how the law works. Just because he was walking around the gun doesn't mean he's guilty. Yes, he shouldn't have been there. He is just 17 and I'm sure he can look back on this as one of the dumbest things he's done. But that doesn't mean he's a murderer. Just because you feel he shouldn't have been there doesn't mean he is guilty of murder and recklessness. He did what he had to do purely in self defense, case closed.

I copied this from somewhere else, but this is dead on point for anyone who thinks Kyle should have been convicted The Jury found Kyle NOT GUILTY. I didn't know that Kyle put out a dumpster fire that was being rolled down to a gas station to blow up, with people all around. I didn't know that the Police were told to stand down as businesses were destroyed. I didn't know that Kyles Dad, Grandma and Friends all lived in Kenosha, 20 minutes from where he resided with his Mom part time in Illinois. I didn't know that Joseph Rosenbaum knocked him down twice and then attempted to kick him with lethal force to the head. I didn't know that Huber had hit him in the head 2x with a skateboard. I didn't know Gaige Grosskreutz, a felon in possession of firearm, aimed his gun at Kyle first, as he admitted on the stand. I also didn't know that in the State of Wisconsin, it is legal for Kyle to have a gun, even at 17 (which was why the gun charge was dismissed). I didn't know that Kyle did not cross state lines with a gun he wasn't supposed to have. The rightful gun owner did, as he was legally permitted to do. I also didn't realize that Rosenbaum was a 5 time convicted child rapist and that Huber was a 2 time convicted woman beater. I didn't know that Grosskreutz was a convicted Burglar with an assault on his record also. If the media did its job... we would ALL have known this......Thank you Kyle......Stay safe

He defended himself that's the whole story. You're telling everyone that you're against self defense, I'm guessing you're a criminal because that's the only reason I can think of you'd want people to be defenseless, or are you a politician? Are you trying to take away our rights? I understand that taking away gun rights is the first thing tyrannical governments do, is that your angle? I've already seen what's happening in counties without them, police brutality on the rise, rape, murder, burglary and so many other crimes are so rampant that the few good police there are don't even try, entire cities under control of gangs, you have to choose between siding with the government or the crime lords. So you want to set it up so self defense is bad and try to make people hate guns so you can oppress people easier is that right? The right doesn’t screech like a 6 year old banshee every time they don’t get what they want. That’s why Kyle was on the stand for murder amongst other absurd charges meanwhile the majority of the ultra left wing rioters are roaming free after destroying millions of dollars of private and public property, shooting at the police, injuring and killing people on the other side (not in self defense), etc.

since the riots; i have recieved so many death threats from black people randomly. legit threats; not just talk. its gotten to the point where these black guys rolled up to the front of my house, parked. turned their stereo up and played a rap about killing me. custom made rap song with threats. ive been told i can't dress a certain way. ive been told i cant walk in my own neighborhood. ive been told i shouldnt be outside because it aint safe for me here. numerous of them all talk, and bicker amoung each other and i have overheard enough to realize that.. they've been trying to figure out if i have a crminal record.. why? because if they know i aint strapped; they can fuck with me.. but they were like.. WE CAN'T FIND NO PAPERS, BUT I KNOW HE GOT SOMETHING!.. guess what.. i have no papers, and im strapped. death threats stopped once they all together (the neighborhood and their network).. stopped fucking with me when they realized they could find nothing on me. i have not ever disrespected anyone, but all i deal with is disrespect since the riots. constant. imagine how it would be if they caught just a few, of the many.. they'd be more angry at white people. p.s. yes, i am moving away from this city. --- i moved away from my hometown city as well. guess why? same thing; black riots. it is all down hill after it happens. ---- a white pastor moved in behind my house about 3 months ago. him and his wife have already decided to move out after they experienced a smidgen of what i have already experienced.

If Kyle is found guilty, then no person has any right to defend themselves anymore. The evidence speaks for itself. Self defence all day, every day. The firearm charges were dropped, meaning Kyle had every right to be carrying his rifle. Anything can be used as a deadly weapon, whether it's a skateboard, chain, gun, or even your hands and feet. There is no obligation to run, no obligation to exhaust other options to defend yourself, such as using your fists. He shot only the people attacking him or chasing him to the point where Kyle feared for his life, no one else, and shot until the threat was no longer. No excessive force, no unjustified use of force. Kyle acted lawfully in self defence and should be found not guilty on all counts.

Yeah, then Grosskreutz would have felt more comfortable "standing his ground" and shooting Kyle in self-defense instead of putting his hands in the air and trying to surrender while simultaneously trying to back up as Rittenhouse had that AR barrel pointed at him from 3 feet away after reloading it so he could nearly blow the guy's arm off. And the guy and his wife that set the truck on fire and fired off one round in the air will get 5 years for firing off a gun in the city limits. Pluss 10 years for setting fire to the truck in the city limits. So if all those people are going to jail I bet he gets changed no way in hell with all the evidence against him the defense didn't prove anything just BS lies from people he knew will not stop them from coviction. just here to correct wrong usage of word "assault rifle" wether or not a rifle can be classified as an "Assault rifle" depends on its capabilities. if the rifle is capable of fully automatic fire by the pressing of the trigger, it is an assault rifle. Kyles AR-15 is not capable of fully automatic fire, nor "select fire" (which just means you can swap between Semi-automatic and Fully-automatic). if you have heard people refer to kyle rittenhouse's gun as an "assault rifle" they are at best wrong, and at worst - purposefully lying.

They truly believed in their client's innocence and made sure everyone who took the time to watch this trial in its entirety would too. The Prosecution was ill-prepared, they speculated so much because they knew their case was weak... they tried demeaning the witnesses they knew they couldn't use accusing them of all sorts of things even though they weren't on trial. The fact that Binger kept rolling his eyes and acting surprised during the defense closing arguments shows he would do anything to make his case even if it means acting as if he didn't say and do these things. Thank God Kyle Rittenhouse had these lawyers on his side or he would most likely be started a life sentence for this tragic event.

I can't say these defense was great. One of them was great at cross examining but the defense made a LOT of mistakes and didn't object to a lot of key issues like they should have. The reality is that the prosecution was completely inept and was pushing to try a case they had no business bringing to trial in the first place. The prosecution's own key witnesses constantly contradicted the prosecution and their narrative when the prosecution was questioning the witnesses themselves. If you want a better idea of how the defense messed up multiple times, look up and watch the videos from Rakita Law of the entire Rittenhouse Trial. There were MULTIPLE lawyers questioning the defense on multiple occasions.

As an Australian, living in a country where we unfortunately don’t have the rights to defend our lives or our property’s this wouldn’t surprise me. But in a country with the 2nd amendment I would be pretty shocked if this man is not acquitted of these false charges. Pedophiles deserve bullets unfortunately they don’t get them enough, nice to see one met the appropriate demise.

I don’t like the prosecutor in this case. He just screams manipulator and just comes up with anything he can to make the kid seem like a cold blooded killer and he’s doing that strictly because it’s clear that he don’t support the 2nd amendment. I’m sorry but I would rather shoot someone that’s trying to kill me rather then just sit there and let them kill me. Such a joke!

As a former US federal agent I can tell you at least 30% of them are just as slimy as the prosecutor in Kyle's case. Lawyers are more and more that way, unfortunately. They used to be the keepers of the law, now they're too often the wrongful manipulators of the legal system. Glad the Judge is not a dumbass in this case, or at least appears somewhat wise and objective.

The left is pushing hard to convict Kyle so he sets a precedent, which is "If you are in imminent danger of being killed or beaten to the point that you're a vegetable by a left wing mob, you better let them." The fact that anybody could argue this wasn't self defense is absurd to me after having watched the video a year ago. Kyle was RUNNING AWAY from multiple people armed with weapons who wished to do him grave bodily harm. Someone looking to MURDER doesn't run away. But we are in clown world, so I expect idiocy.
