@ you’re not wrong. The US company selling it here usually pays the tariff to the US Treasury. They are not going to eat the cost - they will pass it on to consumers in the form of increased prices. They are also NOT going to produce more product in the US as a result because it would be even more expensive because of how skilled and expensive our labor is. This approach is totally nonsensical
