I'm not sure about the timings for PR applicant's tbh because I've myself only experienced the student application process. However you may contact a good agent they'll usually be more up to date regarding the latest timelines.

Nobody can give an exact figure but many students get it in 1 day and for some it takes 45-60 days even!
