I did my Biometrics at VFS Mumbai on May 24th, I chose Normal service, I went inside at 10:15 exactly and was out by 10:26, and my biometrics were updated on IRCC by 10:44 , premium is definitely a waste 😂🤦‍♂️

Agree with you. Premium is waste of money. In addition you need to pay courier charges while passport is being sent for stamping to Canada consulate and delivered back to your home. I could not digest the additional courier charges for pickup of the passport.

I don’t think it’s going to be that big of an issue but in my case even in my appointment letter my full name is there, so have a check if you can get it fixed by submitting a webform or otherwise call VFS and ask them if that’s an issue and they’ll tell you the exact answer.!!

If I’d have to conclude I’ll say if you are not in a hurry for your visa and your profile is decent than u can go normal otherwise if you’re slightly in a hurry u can choose premium.

No not at all why will you leave your passport at VFS, it’s a single most important document one should keep it safe. The only time your passport should leave you is when it goes for stamping that’s it.!

Premius servies is provided by vfs for their interest, ircc have nothing to do with that my process i think was mote faster then you, also IRCC HAVE NOT MENTIONED ANYHWRE ABOUT PREMIUM SERVICE

Hey, i wanted to ask that in premium service people have to pay first for stamping but those who opt for normal service they dont psy for stamping. And in this case if visa got rejected , the normal people dont have to pay anything right,not even for stamping right. So is normal a safe mode while paying for stamping after we get visa ?

Do you need any application number from IRCC for taking biometric appointment? 2. If you take premium service, how do they link it with Passport pickup? Do you get some number at time of choosing premium service during biometric that you can later use for booking two way courier? Appreciate your reply bro..

1. You can book your biometrics anytime. 2. They will usually know if you've taken premium service or not they will give u a tracking id.
