I've been at the oasis wasn't all that food was not good! what resort do you recommend for my next trip to cancun

@@L.A-b4z yea def wouldn't recommend. If you are looking in the hotel zone but economical park royal always had good food and bbqs by the pools, its a smaller resort but I enjoyed it. Out of the hotel zone 'The Grand" at Moon Palace. The food was 5 STAR!!! So good!

@@L.A-b4z Awesome! My absolute pleasure, just keep in mind that "The Grand" is the higher end section with the 5 star food I was mentioning but all of moon palace is def beautiful! It is out of the hotel zone as mentioned but I enjoyed it for sure :)

Included, only high end items are extra. Example would be if you wanted lobster or prime cut meats

Quick question, when did you go in what month? Looking to go end of July with my 2 kids. We avoided april due to spring break season(my wife and I getting too old for that lol.)

Lol yea I get that! I went right around that time in the beginning of August. To be honest it was still very busy you can see from the video that it was definitely crowded but mostly with families and the beach most days was pretty clean as well :)

The weather was perfect but it is hot in July, it can rain at times but rainy season starts in September so you're fine :-)

Im going for my anniversary and 50th birthday so hoping for a good celebration, but I keep reading not so good reviews after booking so debating whether to change it. What would you recommend please?

​@@Shelley6821I switched to Krystal Grand Cancun. They also have a newer tower called Altitude. To be honest i don't think there's much of a miss out. I can't fault the food, service, location or accommodation at all. So glad i switched.

Unfortunately my mother had a very expensive (approx 5000$) gold bracelet stolen from the safe in their sister resort - Grand Oasis Tulum. When trying to get an investigation into the theft we got the run around by management, and now they will not answer our calls. There was a camera right outside our room!!! Go to the Bahia instead.

The pyramid is part of the Grand Oasis it's just where the reception is the beginning of this video is where I start and it's the pyramid

They have three different tiers "access to amenities" Grand Oasis, Grand Pyramid Oasis, and Siaan Kaan Club. The Pyramid does have a separate beach club area and better rooms

I just left this resort and it honestly depends on what you’re looking for . We stayed on the Grand Oasis side , the food was delicious at the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. Buffett wasn’t good and food around the pool area wasn’t the best . The rooms are extremely dated . I made the best of my stay but I wouldn’t return.
