I love these kinds of videos. If youtube still exist 30-50 years from bow parang ang sarap balikan nito to see how the daily lives are like back then. How people dress, gow the places looks like. Thats why it is important to document our lives no matter how mundane it is. I wanna mke like this also in my province here in Bulacan.

Greetings from California. If this is a "soft opening" then well done, you nailed it Ayala! Not a total waste. Great for mall speed walkers and cheating death-by-heat stroke. In America malls are rapidly declining so this giant mall is unbelievable. How is this tenable?

One business opportunity idea: A Golf Putting Green course (9 or 18) up on the top floor by the Sun Garden or Enclosed with a glass covered putting green course to cover it during rainy season. You can charge per person including kids as young as 10 with height requirements? 2nd idea: Amusement park rides? Like a train to ride all around the mall. Possibly outside exterior area? 3rd idea: Skating rink? Just an activity for people to do for entertainment then they could go to have snacks or food after and drinks.

Any steakhouse? Food court with a variety? Thai food? Vietnamese Phô? Greek souvlaki? Buffet? Health foods? Skating rink? I'm sure it has mostly everything. Ayala was the first to introduce international and European cuisine in the Philippines even before SM, PureGold and Robinson malls were even introduced. Ayala was the pioneer and premier of good taste back in the early 70s. When Quad and Glorietta mall first arrived. Greenhills was beautiful back then but the population was pretty small back then. Then the country became overpopulated and suddenly neighborhoods and streets began to deteriorate. Crime went up, corruption was widespread, poverty and pollution suddenly spread with illegal settlers, illegal street vendors and public lewdness and inappropriate behaviour became the norm with street gangs and violent confrontations. Overpopulation will destroy the country and that's a fact. The Catholic Church won't admit it but without birth control most families will not be able to support themselves. Fatal Effects of Overpopulation Depletion of Natural Resources. The effects of overpopulation are quite severe. Degradation of Environment. Conflicts and Wars. Rise in Unemployment. High Cost of Living. Pandemics and Epidemics. Malnutrition, Starvation and Famine due to Food Shortage, Depletion of Food Supply due to diseases and viruses (asian bird flu, African swine Flu, cattle foot and mouth disease) Water Shortage. Extreme pollution of waterways Soil erosion, Land subsidence Melting of the polar ice caps. Polar ice caps are melting as global warming causes climate change. We lose Arctic sea ice at a rate of almost 13% per decade, and over the past 30 years, the oldest and thickest ice in the Arctic has declined by a stunning 95%. If all the ice covering Antarctica , Greenland, and in mountain glaciers around the world were to melt, sea level would rise about 70 meters (230 feet). The ocean would cover all the coastal cities. And land area would shrink significantly Waste Management problems, Sanitation issues These are issues that clergymen do not even understand. During biblical times, the world's population was basically inadequate but now the world population is growing exponentially. More people means an increased demand for food, water, housing, energy, healthcare, transportation, and more. And all that consumption contributes to ecological degradation, increased conflicts, and a higher risk of large-scale disasters like pandemics. Priests have no idea what is happening. Yes, there is a GOD but believing in GOD alone is not the answer to Earth's problems since mankind alone is responsible for their own mistakes. Planet Earth now has close to 8 billion people and counting.

What an astounding, beautiful clean mall. And what's interesting is all the US & Canadian brands there, now we know where they all went, to Asia, especially that supposedly went bankrupt in the west, which many, many did over the past 7 years or so. That means they get to ignore and not pay their debts, and 'reorganize', apparently over there by the looks of things, but who can blame them, who wouldn't want to be in that kind of retail environment. Its almost like loans and financing are more important than actual customers any more.
