Most improvements in Makati were done by private companies and not the city gov. It is about time the city gov allot more funds into projects like putting utility cables underground. They are really an eyesore.

Funny thing is they're not under "Century City" already but as you can see, they're literally next to each other. Though I've heard that they're years behind the completion date already.

@@TourFromHomeTV best solution dyan para saken ibenta nalang sa ibang real state developer. kagaya ng ginawa sa JAKA tower (from jaka properties sold to ayala land) sa ayala avenue at GA skysuites tower (sold to doubledragon properties) sa quezon ave corner edsa, para matapos na ang construction at mabawasan na yung eye sore sa area na yan.

Kung d yan pina implement ng mga restrictions jan madumi parin yan jan, pumunta ako jan nung 2011, kahit sa mga private sector na lugar, ang dudumi parin lalo na yung mga ilog jaan, pero now tignan mo malinis, kase nga mahigpit ang duterte admin now in terms of restrictions, pag president ang nag utos, mapa private sector man or public connected yan lahat sa utos ng president.
