This video is about how I and a couple of my friends purchased an Air B n B in East Legon Hills, Ghana. I give a full walk-through of the three story home and also interviewed a site manager of the property. We are showcasing to the world what beauty Ghanaian construction has and can achieve. It is important that when we build storeys we we consider that earthquakes can happen anytime. And so the pillars or the ground floor structure should be stronger enough to withstand seismic movements. Unfortunately, these buildings doesn't have the structural integrity to withstand a 6.8magitude that occurred in Morocco few months ago.

isnt paradise estates built by swami india ltd? its owned by two indians khimji and suresh pindoria, quite nice looking place though, but what gives it away is the copy&paste design, in the context of that neighbourhood it doesnt fit having the same lego house side by side, ghana is a huge place, but a lot of foreign businesses buy land and try to cramp as many natives into one spot

It is very beautiful however being that this is in Ghana and they have built these housing complexes as airbnb's in it be a nice suggestion if they could put trees in these neighborhoods. Because being that it's so hot you need as much are flow as as possible and when you have trees around your homes or your living spaces or any space it has another element of nature to it. You don't want to live in a neighborhood where it's just solid concrete. This is too much like the United States and Western world's they take out the trees cut the entire acreage and then put up a parking lot and big buildings And then on really hot days it's a lot harder because you're cooking from the concrete and from the sun above Maybe it's time goes on someone could maybe talk to the land developer and the architect about putting some trees and possibly some native trees and possibly putting in some fruit trees maybe one in each backyard. Or possibly even aloe vera. I would hate to see this happening to a large area of the African continent where they are so anxious to start developing and westernize that they tend to overlook who they really are as a people and that is the people of nature very spiritual people of the land and respectful of the land and nature

Beautiful homes! My wife and I are saddened that we will not be able to relocate permanently to Ghana after almost 3 years of preparation and savings to set up a home and business there. We are a heterosexual ADOS couple, but our 16 year old daughter is gay, and we choose her safety instead. We completely accept and respect Ghana’s decision tho. The west should not be dictating public policy in Africa.
